I tested both products at work on different coat and hair types, from short and smooth coats to longer and more demanding ones, and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised.
The hypoallergenic shampoo lathers really well, which is not always obvious with natural formulas. Because of that, it is economical and very easy to work through the coat. It cleans the fur very effectively, while at the same time not drying out the skin. In fact, it has a noticeable soothing effect, especially on dogs with sensitive skin. The oat, aloe vera and chamomile based formula genuinely makes a difference. After bathing, the coat feels soft, moisturised and lovely to touch. Another big plus is the pH balanced formula designed specifically for dogs. The scent is very pleasant and natural, although, as is typical with natural products, it does not stay on the coat for a long time.
The refreshing spray is a great addition to grooming between baths. It neutralises odours well and gently freshens the coat without weighing it down. It is lightweight, does not leave any greasy residue, and at the same time noticeably hydrates the hair. The natural oils, especially lavender and lemongrass, give it a really lovely fresh scent, although similarly to the shampoo, the fragrance is not particularly long-lasting. A big plus is that it is safe for frequent use and has a very gentle formula.
It is also worth mentioning that both products are RTU (ready to use), which makes grooming much easier. There is no need to dilute them, yet they still provide very good performance thanks to the mild surfactants used at low to medium concentrations.
Overall, these are very good products for anyone looking for natural and gentle grooming products. They work especially well for dogs with sensitive skin. The only slight downside may be the shorter-lasting scent, but that is typical of natural formulas. In return, you get safety, comfort for the skin, and a beautifully soft coat.
I am very pleased with the product. I bought the shampoo and perfume for my dog, Kiki. I noticed that her fur was shinier and softer to the touch. The product is completely natural and suitable for all skin types, and the perfume releases a citrus scent that lasts quite long. I recommend this product to anyone who has dogs.

I've been using the shampoo and spray on my dog and they're both fantastic. The shampoo washes beautifully, you only need a small amount and it leaves her coat feeling super soft. The spray is perfect after walks to get rid of any outdoor smells. What I love most is that they actually use proper natural ingredients (chamomile, aloe vera, coconut) and the scent is just fresh and calming, not fake or chemical. Great finds!
