We currently offer the following delivery services within the United Kingdom:
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Standard delivery service typically delivered within 2 working days after dispatch.
Parcelforce Express Delivery
Fast delivery option, usually delivered within up to 48 hours after dispatch.
Delivery cost: £14.15
Delivery costs and options will always be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or high seasonal demand.
Delayed Deliveries
All deliveries are handled by third-party courier services.
If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist by investigating the issue with the courier.
Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, this may occur for reasons such as:

the parcel not being collected from a pickup location
In such cases:

a redelivery fee of £5.95 may apply, or

if you prefer a refund, this fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your parcel, especially if:
